Rag Quilt in a Weekend!
In Less Than 17 Hours, You Can Cut 3½ Yards of Fabric into 75 Pieces and Sew 25 Blocks Together, Creating 498 Inches of Fringe.... and a Smile. Make this fast, fun and funky quilt in one short weekend, whether you are new to quilting or have been quilting for years. |
What fun!
I'd make the curtains just as you would a rag quilt - without the batting or backing. Your back will still be finished-looking because all of the seams will be raggy on the front. You can use whatever size blocks you like - 8-10 inch or smaller. No need to do the "quilting" stitching unless you want to for the design.
